Contract Management & Accounting

CALMS includes all the tools necessary to manage the full lifecycle of finance contracts, from their activation right through to their settlement and termination.

Everything is included, from account review and query handling through to contract changes, from billing and accounting to maturity and termination, and from collections and arrears management through to asset disposal and general ledger postings.

There is a portal-style, in-life servicing, contact management interface for customer-facing staff, and an additional Contract Management Engine that provides rock-solid administration tools for accurate and consistent accounting data.

Accounts Payable (AP) is another useful Back-Office component. It handles payments to dealers/suppliers for assets and also dealer/dealer group commission accounts.
