CALMS CRM Portal

Opens up the back office to the internal user, customer, and business partner through our highly customized self-serve portals. CRM based management of all user interactions with the back office is provided, controlling both the capture of transaction requests, invocation of the back end administration engine to execute the request, and presentation of the results. Customer requests are tracked using a configurable ‘Case Management’ facility that monitors service levels, automatically escalating those cases that exceed target service times.

Contract Management Engine

Offers full lifecycle management of accounting, invoicing, interest charges, settlements, payouts, restructures and so on.  This component is 100% focused on providing the financial rigour necessary to ensure all accounting transactions are accurate, complete and consistent at all stages in the contract life cycle, from activation, financial amendments and restructuring through to settlement and maturity.
