CALMS Catalyst is White Clarke Group’s Business Process Automation Engine (BPAE)

While it can manage just about any business process (e.g. CRM, Collections etc.) its most popular deployment in the market is to manage the credit decision and underwriting processes.

CALMS Catalyst provides a range of functions designed to empower the end business user to create and manage their own business processes without the need for an IT specialist, achieved by the use of an intuitive graphical interface.

  • Business Process Automation provides the user with complete workflow and workqueue management. The credit decisioning capabilities enable credit bureau interfacing, scorecard calculation and policy rules application to give instant automated application approval, referral or decline.
  • Integration with existing legacy systems and external data providers is achieved via the Integration Hub which handles communication to and from CALMS Catalyst over a number of protocols.
  • The Diary Handler allows future events to be maintained, which may be used to automatically run business processes.
  • The Information Collection Engine (ICE) is used to obtain individual, company and vehicle data from on-line credit bureaus. The credit reports can be processed by the business process automation engine, providing a fast, accurate and reliable way to make credit application decisions.
