Lease and loan administration system

A global platform that manages the full life cycle of the deal, from account activation through to settlement and termination, including support for the full range of contract administration activities.

Everything from account review and query handling to contract changes (financial and non-financial amendments, restructures, transfers, extensions, cancellations, re-instatement etc.), billing and accounting (with various income spread methods supported), maturity and termination (early settlement, hostile termination, etc.), collections and arrears management, asset disposal and general ledger postings. 

To ensure end-to-end operational agility, our back-office includes two strategic components, which separate user interaction (back-end ‘In-life’ servicing) from the execution of transactions (the back-end administration/contract management engine).

This approach gives us a significant degree of flexibility not available in competitor solutions. It is especially true of the user layer, which makes our portal-style access and self-serve facilities to users possible, customized to the needs of each channel.

CALMS2 back-office can be hosted in-house or hosted on dedicated White Clarke Group servers. All components are available under SaaS service contracts.
