CALMS front-office is a flexible, multi-channel business originations platform. Highly scalable, it supports the entire sales process from customer contact through to account activation.
Its New Business portals provide a front-end to your system that is tuned to the many different ways you relate to you customers. Either through a direct sales force, a dealer network, through brokers, call centers or through your own branch network. And the portal approach is even extended to provide in-house access to back office functions.
Each component can be deployed as unique, separately serviced portals or as a single portal that automatically personalizes itself, based on detected channel usage.
Whichever approach you adopt, a common set of framework services ensures a consistent experience across all channels for customer relationship management, quotation modelling, proposal capture and credit submission, document printing and document attachments.
You can choose whether to implement CALMS2 front-office as a fully integrated element within the CALMS2 end-to-end platform, or as a stand-alone POS front-end to your existing corporate systems.
It can be hosted in-house or hosted on dedicated White Clarke Group servers. All components are available under SaaS service contracts.
