Brendan Gleeson

Global Chief Executive Officer

Brendan joined White Clarke Group in 2001, bringing over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector, including several board-level appointments. With Brendan’s expertise in delivering strategic change initiatives, the business has grown into a global force in the auto and asset finance industry.

White Clarke Group’s achievements with Brendan at the helm include the development of the CALMS platform and expansion into the North America and BRIC regions, with significant ventures in the Chinese and Brazilian markets.

A keen mountain hiker, Brendan has competed in several charity challenges, including 24 Peaks – one of the most demanding mountain-walking events.

Perry Scanlon

Chief Financial Officer

Perry studied Business Administration and Finance at university, beginning his early career in public practice in Ireland. He later became a founding member of White Clarke Group as CFO, overseeing finance and administration within the business.

Perry was instrumental in establishing White Clarke Group’s strategic consulting credentials in Europe. He has taken the lead in managing the organisation’s strategic acquisitions and overseeing the global budget over the years.

Outside of work, Perry enjoys travelling with his wife and children.

Peter Dyson

Chief Product Officer

Peter joined White Clarke Group as a founding member, playing an instrumental role in its expansion from 5 initial members to over 600 internationally.

Over his career, he has worked widely across the fleet and asset finance sectors and has overseen complex, strategic software program implementations across White Clarke Group’s clients.

As Chief Product Officer, Peter currently oversees White Clarke Group’s functional governance, the alignment of sales and marketing efforts, and the rollout of products and services.

Peter is married and has two daughters. A keen runner and rugby fan, he supports Exeter RFC.

Wayne Ross

With a wide range of hands-on experience constructing transformative applications and platforms for the financial services and retail sectors, Wayne continues to invest study time to deepen his knowledge of AI, Blockchain, Machine Learning and Deep Learning,

Wayne is married and has three children. In his free time, he likes to pursue his love of martial arts, play the guitar and plan his family’s next adventures.

Nick Ockwell

Chief Information Officer

Nick joined White Clarke Group in 2017 as COO of the Americas region, bringing with him a long track record of successful technology and operations leadership in financial services.

Having been promoted to Chief Information Officer in 2020, Nick now has oversight over global IT infrastructure teams and developments crucial to White Clarke Group’s day-to-day business operations.

Nick grew up and studied in the UK before moving to the US, where he and his wife raised their two children. In his spare time, Nick likes to travel and has a particularly soft spot for Tuscany.

Jonathan Dodds

Chief Executive Officer - Americas

Jonathan has a long history of business and IT consultancy in the financial services arena. He joined White Clarke Group in 1998 in a consultancy and critical account relationship role, spearheading several strategic customer initiatives.

In 2005, he moved to Toronto as CEO – Americas, where his input saw White Clarke Group successfully expand its North American client base.

Jonathan is married and has two sons. His North American territory is ideal for his two passions outside of family life – skiing and scuba diving.

Matt Smith

With 20 years of expertise in implementing and supporting quality IT solutions to the financial services industry, Matt’s projects have spanned the UK, Europe, Africa and North America.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys travel, supporting his local football team (Southampton) and spending time with his wife and their two children.

For over 25 years, John was involved in financial services technology platforms, data governance, risk and compliance, and operational efficiency projects. He specialises in helping forward-thinking financial services businesses achieve excellence in their strategic plans.

Outside work, John is a member of the Mercantile Rowing Club, and still spins music at parties 30 years on from his first DJ’ing in Melbourne’s biggest clubs.

Shim Mannan

EVP Product & Business Development, Americas

As White Clarke Group’s EVP of Product and Business Development, Shim is responsible for sales, consulting and product development in the Americas.

Shim’s team is frequently called upon to provide industry best practice and to guide clients through system and process design, resulting in the most advanced, secure and automated functionality available in loan origination technology. During his time at White Clarke Group, Shim has been involved in successful client projects across China, Portugal, Italy, the UK, Canada and North America.

Shim is passionate about food, football and politics. He is also married and has a love for travel.

Jay manages our wholesale floorplan business development in North America. Since he joined the business in 2015, the company has experienced explosive growth in the region, both from new clients and established customers that are progressively developing their use of White Clarke Group’s software.

His past responsibilities, alongside sales and business development, have included the construction and operation of finance programs, combining leading technology solutions with business process outsourcing services.

Jay has three children and is an avid sportsman, both coaching soccer in his free time and standing as an active board member for his local community soccer association.
