Captive automotive leasing project goes-live in Germany, Austria, Switzerland

CALMS Front-Office software had already been successfully implemented in five countries in Europe when the client company approached White Clarke Group to take the software to additional markets.

To better support developing growth, the business wanted to facilitate its international dealers with a fully digital Front- and Middle-Office process. The client also looked to extend the use of the CALMS platform to its other territories in the DACH market.

Herausforderung

Due to the size of the organization, the client required a system that was easily configurable as well as flexible with regards to language and currency requirements, and had a provider with a local presence.

The company had also been experiencing vehicle configuration issues with its previous providers legacy system. White Clarke Group’s CALMS product was able to deliver the same benefits and functionality, but at a lower cost.

Legacy systems causing frustrations.

Lösung

The client went live after an implementation time of 15 months, supporting its core products such as Hire Purchase, Leasing and VAPS. CALMS integrates with dealer and vendor management solutions across the Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets.

With the ability to follow regulatory stipulations for all three regions, it also supports various languages to meet the organization’s multilingual requirements.

The implementation also features components for Application Management, Pre-Contract Activities and Checks, Product and Pricing Configuration and Vehicle Data Management, streamlining many manual processes.

The DACH-specific Customer Direct module also offers a direct self-service portal, allowing customers access to simplified finance approval from process, quotation and credit decision through to approvals and document printing.

White Clarke Group also provides system hosting, electronic-document management, and proposal workflow support, with contract activations going through the client’s existing Back-Office system.
