Context

Owned by the Raiffeisen Group, with more than 45,000 clients and over 87,000 contracts, Raiffeisen Leasing is one of Austria’s top three lease finance companies.

Challenge

Raiffeisen traditionally supported its finance operations through a mixture of suppliers for its various packages and interfaces. This led to a confusion of responsibilities, but also difficulties in the service quality provided, including major failures in both systems and accounting.

Solution

Following a detailed review, the company appointed White Clarke Group as the sole provider of services and support in conjunction with the in-house IT team. This step created a clear line of responsibility and allowed for more efficient and cost-effective management of resources and budgets.

CALMS supports the continuous operations and future expansion plans of Raiffeisen Leasing. Working in partnership with White Clarke Group, several of Raiffeisen Leasing’s major projects have reached successful completion, including a merge of portfolios and a number of system upgrades.
