White Clarke Group Statement Concerning Coronavirus (COVID-19)

10th March 2020 – The health of our employees, clients and partners is always our primary concern.

We continue to closely monitor developments with respect to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), building upon recommendations from the World Health Organization and relevant health authorities for all regions.

We have been taking steps to ensure the safety of our employees, reviewing business continuity plans, evaluating the need for attendance at group gatherings and working to implement guidelines for those travelling between our offices around the globe.

We have also activated our Business Continuity Management Team, the purpose of which is to guide our actions in responding to a potential global outbreak, including measures to limit the spread of the illness while maintaining business continuity.

The Company has adopted new travel restrictions for the safety of its employees and clients. All domestic and international travel is to be sharply curtailed to only business-critical situations where virtual methods are insufficient. If White Clarke Group employees have personal travel booked to affected locations, they must inform their manager and safely self-quarantine for 14 days after their trip is completed.

We realise that this situation remains very dynamic. The Company is regularly updating staff on the situation and on necessary precautions to take. We have also reviewed our office cleaning arrangements and have scheduled weekly deep cleaning for a prolonged period.

Additional updates will be provided should there be any changes, with customers to provide updates on their preparedness to White Clarke Group.

White Clarke Group remains committed to providing a superior service and support to our customers, partners and employees.

Kind regards,
Business Continuity Management Team

12th March 2020 – Sharing information makes a vital difference at this time; we ask our partners and customers to keep us updated as and when additional information becomes available about any relevant impact of COVID-19 to their organisation.

25th March 2020 – We have been adapting to the situation at hand and have now made the executive decision to have the majority of our global staff work from home. Employees have been requested to limit contact with their offices and public spaces wherever possible and to take necessary precautions outside their households to ensure their safety.

To meet the demand on resources posed by having most of our employees now working remotely, our IT infrastructure team has been working hard to ensure the technical needs of both staff and clients are met.

Our primary goals are to lower the likelihood of the spread of COVID-19 amongst our staff and to continue to deliver our projects as normal.
