Double victory for White Clarke Group at the IAFN Conference & Awards

The International Auto Finance Network Awards recognized the achievements of the auto finance industry during a glamorous evening in London – and White Clarke Group walked away with two of the prestigious technology titles.

Held at the Hilton Tower Bridge on Thursday evening, 12th of May as a follow-up to the popular International Auto Finance Network (IAFN) Spring Conference, over 200 industry professionals attended the highly regarded awards ceremony that celebrates organizations and individuals for their achievements in operations management, leadership, customer service, competitive performance, and innovation.

Best Use of Technology and Point-of-Sale Innovation

White Clarke Group were presented with the following titles by the judges:

Best Use of Technology – A recognition of the best use of technological and innovative solutions to meet the needs of a retail motor finance business, a fleet leasing business or the customers/clients of one of these businesses. White Clarke Group convinced the judges with its innovative ‘Customer Direct’ module – a CALMS product component that covers the application for finance through the auto finance captive’s website, or a website owned by the captive. It offers a modern, intuitive user experience with mobile compatibility and a responsive design. Key features include: vehicle configurator, customer application capture, integrated credit scoring, and dealer locator.

Point-of-Sale Innovation– This award is designed to recognize the best Point-of-Sale innovation in motor finance that has been introduced within the last two years. CALMS’ Digital Processing module as well as its innovative Fleet Driver and Fleet Manager Portals all went towards securing the award in this category. Organizational agility, complete self-serve user experience, and multi-channel mobile platforms accessible across all devices are just a few of the components’ benefits.
